Will there be another Luigi video game ?

A Luigi's Mansion 2? Or even another concept?Will there be another Luigi video game ?
They might remake Luigi's Mansion for the Wii, with the Wii Remote's motion sensing for the Poltergust3000, but they would have made a sequel by now.
