That has a regular mario game and it also has a level editor so u can make ur own mario games and play levels that others have made. To play others just click on the level portal tab and select a level and then copy and paste the code into level editor. There are no online Mario games, not any good ones anyway.
My suggestion is to play the original Mario Party games on the N64 with friends and pick Luigi.
