I beat the game in a little over 24 game play hours, which is a pretty decent amount of time for a handheld game. (I think it could have been 20 hours i beat the game in, i can't remember)

Unlocking Luigi in Super Mario Galaxy doesn't give you any new missions to do. Luigi just makes the game more challenging. It's a treat for the people who want to play the game a second time with a higher difficulty level.



I'm not aware as to whether or not you can unlock Yoshi as playable, or if he's in the game. Haven't picked up my own copy yet.

You have to work a bit but selling on Amazon or eBay will net you more than just taking it to a local store. You'll have to handle shipping and other things as well so most people just opt to take it to a local store to save themselves the hassle. You will make a LOT more money selling online though. My best advice is to shop around. take the list you have and go to a few different stores and see what they'll give for them then make your choice based on what you like. The only one I probably wouldn't recommend is gamestop. Their deals usually aren't that great and they generally give you less than other places. That's just personal experience though. Selling games and consoles to shops can be tiring sometimes as you have to go through some paperwork to ensure the games etc aren't stolen. Well, you should have gotten fire flower and green shell as for your puzzle pieces. Other than that, the path to the boss is pretty straightfoward. If you can't find a path, try swimming around.



I forgot, but if you're at the part when you hit a switch and a red ball-like thing comes out, that part is simple. Fill Bowser with water and the ball will float up. You should see jellyfish-like things at the left and right parts of the screen. Push the ball either left or right and let the jellyfish suck it up.



If you're stuck on the cannon part (where you have to shoot the ball), simply push the ball to the cannon and to the next area, then drop it in the cannon and hit the switch to activate the cannon.



Otherwise, use youtube.

All three games are great games for the DS. However, New Super Mario Bros is a must buy for the DS, so NEVER take that game off of your list. If you also want another game with a pinch of classic, pick Kirby: Squeak Squad (Though it can be beaten in less than 24 hours).

If you have played Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga and enjoyed it, then Brothers in Time is good.



Best Choices:

New SMB and Kirby.
MaL: PiT is a good game, and if you liked the original, you'll love it.



NSMB is also a good game, and it takes a while to collect all of the star coins after you beat the main game.



Kirby Squeak Squad is a decent diversion, but it's too short and easy.

New Super Mario Bros. I was surprised at how much it made me smile. I haven't enjoyed a game like that in a while. And its easy to save and quit whenever you want to.

RPG games like partners in time are a bit too immersive for hand held systems.

If you want instant fun action, choose New Super Mario Brothers.

If you want a long (but fun) panned out game, choose Partners in Time.

Kirby has always been ...meh... for me.

In Mario Superstar Baseball for Gamecube, I'm trying to get Luigi as a star player. One of the objectives says to "Win in the Toy Field." I don't know what it means by this. I own Prince of Persia Sands of Time, it's amazing. I beat it twice and I still like playing it over and over again. My friend has Warrior Within, the second one, and it's also pretty good, but I recommend SoT.

Go to the Battlerock Galaxy. On the Mission Select screen, you'll see a star with a question mark on it. That's the mission you want. You'll find Luigi towards at the end of the level, under the platform where you found the star last time you did the mission. Like when you first completed the level, you'll need to lure a Bullet Bill towards the shields that's holding Luigi captive. Note that if you haven't cleared this mission previously, you may need to clear the mission first before Luigi appears.

I don't think it matters. Different music programs can create similar sounds as other music programs do. Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga is a very popular game made from a great company. They probably used more than one music program to create the music. Also: it may be surprising but traditional music recordings were probably used in the game as well.

I've heard of Luigi Castle, it's coming out for Wii. You have to enter a castle to save most of the Mario characters, Peach, Daisy, Mario, ect. Im not sure when it's coming out. I've also been told you unlock a jet pack! =)

Partners in Time was terrible. I couldn't force myself to keep playing after about the 3rd dungeon. Get Bowser's Inside Story instead if you're wanting it.

BTW the Mario and Luigi games aren't your typical Mario games, they're RPGs (but they are really fun, except Partners in Time).

edit: Completely missed FFTA, that game is amazing fun. I'd say Golden Sun, Aria of Sorrow, and FF Tactics Advance if you can't bring four games. Good mix of genres that way. (Or switch Golden Sun with Mario %26amp; Luigi. They're both slow-ish paced RPGs so I wouldn't bring them both.)

You've played Zelda and Final Fantasy so you might like Metroid Prime Hunters or Cstlevania Portrait of Ruin or even Elite Beat Agents. Personally , I think EBA and Animal Crossing are addicting so AC is never too old!

Cooking Mama is a good game where you pretend you are cooking and you use your stylus to cook, cut and all that. There is a new Cooking Mama called Cooking Mama 2 and I think it has more recipes than the origional one.

Super Smash Bros. for either Gamecube (Melee) or the Wii (Brawl). Hands down my favorite game.



In SSBB for the Wii, you can play as all those characters from those games you like (Link, Sonic, Luigi, Mario, %26amp; a whole bunch of other Nintendo characters)

I also love the Hitman games. I have the one for Gamecube (Hitman: Blood Money). It's more violent then Ace Attorney but if you like solving cases, this game has a lot of puzzles.

Try The World Ends With You. Its given very high praise by reviewers and actually very fun too. The makers are Square Enix (which also bought us 'Final Fantasy') which is very reassuring. But be warned, the thing is made for multi tasking in battle, but once you get a hang of it, it doesn't matter anymore.



You could also try Professor Layton. There are very many out there and its full of puzzles and has a great story too. There are also cut scenes that make you feel like your watching one of those cool japanese cartoon movies.



Last but not the least, try Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Great game, great story, and easy to understand controls (you just use the stylus) You could also try the sequel, Spirit Tracks

eternal darkness for the gc. it's labeled as a horror game but it's not scary at all. there's also mario kart and smash bros. melee. if you like card games, there's lost kingdoms. each level you select the cards you want to use. you can activate the cards during battle and once it's used, it can't be used again until the next level.



luigi's mansion is a fun game.



zelda: phantom hourglass and spirit tracks for the ds.
Mario Kart. Double Dash [GCN], DS and Wii. Although I still say that Double Dash is better. It just needs to be remade on the 3DS or Wii U with better online features and a singleplayer Versus mode. Gets a bit boring having to keep replaying a certain Grand Prix, just so you can race on a certain track.

Yes, I am sure they will make another Pokemon game. I have some friends that are Nintendo nerds and they say that "Pokemon Opal" is coming out in 2009, but that is a really long wait, and I don't want to wait that long.

I'm not sure there will be another "Mario and Luigi - Partners in Time" game, but even if they did make one, I reckon it will be on the Wii. Newest system so yeah, the Wii.

If it helps There's a new "Mystery Dungeon" (Pokemon) coming out this month. The pokemon franchise is big enough that they won't stop making them any time soon. And "Phantom Hourglass" is a mediumish length, not real short compared to other DS games. But well worth it no matter the length.

Mario Wii Games?

Mario, Nintendo's major character, has only been seen briefly on the new Wii console, and with such a delay, since the start. With Mario Strikers Charged, Super Paper Mario (which isn't really original Mario), Mario Party 8, and the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy, has there been any word of upcoming Mario games? Super Princess Peach is a DS franchise and it won't likely come to Wii. The last Luigi game wasn't that big of hit. And I don't know what you mean by "Super Mario Wii."



Super Mario Galaxy is likely going to be the biggest selling game for the console. It's predicted to be the game that justifies the console and bridges the gap between hardcore and casual gamers. I wouldn't write it off so easily.
