no. Luigi does not exist at all on the N64 version. I'm sorry to break your heart. At the very end after you have all the stars you can shoot/fly over the castle and see Yoshi standing on top of the castle. but other than that, neither yoshi or Luigi are in the game.

nope, you can see him on top of the first castle. but he doesn't do anything.

You can make Mario appear like luigi but only through a cheating device called a Game Shark. I suggest if you've beaten the game on your own already to get one it makes for a completely new experience... An invincible God mode type of experience.
I don't think so because i beat the game for the N64 and the only thing that happens is that you meet Yoshi (When you get 120 stars and use the canon and blast to the roof) and he gives you 99 lives and leaves and that it. I think the person hacked the game or used cheats.
