If there even is a history....Does anyone know the origin of "Luigi being taller than Mario" in latter nintendo games?
He's been taller since SMB2. In fact a lot of things that are now associated with the characters originated in 2... like Luigi's jumping ability, and Peach's ability to float (which in more recent games she does using her parasol).
